HOW DOES IT WORK?
THIS IS A WORKING PROJECT, NOT AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
Our purpose is to build deep understanding in the shifting energy arena – and start developing the internal capabilities for your transformation.
You will be working on specific project deliverables along the way. Your end-deliverable is a Recommendation & Roadmap’ presentation for top management at your firm.
HOW MUCH TIME IS REQUIRED
YOUR TIME COMMITMENT
It is up to you and the participants to set the exact time commitment to the program.
We recommend an estimate of one – two days per week.
The workload will vary throughout the program and is very flexible based on your available time and resources.
The first two and last two weeks are the most intensive, with an average of 2 days per week.
PROGRAM DESIGN
THE EXPERIENCE
Over a period of six months, you and your internal team will work through a step-by-step process to get your company ready for a new energy future.
You will work closely with energy transformation expert Christian Rangen, 100% digitally, while you complete project work and analysis on the shifting energy arena.
Weeks 1-2 you go through an intensive digital learning program to lay the foundation for your team. Next, you have three six-week modules where you go out into the organization to map, assess, measure and analysis exactly how ready you are for a new energy future.
Here, you will be working on the latest tools and thinking on strategy and transformation, allowing you to shape an exciting internal transformation agenda.

- Map out new strategic ecosystems for your company
- Interview top executives on your transformation capabilities
- Develop new, potential Core-Growth-Explore strategy scenarios
- Test your company’s innovation strategy
- Analyze your capabilities for transformation and change
- Develop a robust recommendation and roadmap (deck and pitch to management)
