Our role: Worked closely with Aker Solutions’ Innovation Team to design, plan and run their first ever global hackathon. Built around three strategic themes for the company’s strategic growth, with teams in five global locations, the hackathon was a major success and a big win for the innovation team.
Impact: As planned, the top ten teams pitched to senior management and five were selected to proceed to the next stage. Those five internal startups are now developing their scale up strategies and new teams go to work to build and launch new growth areas for Aker Solutions.
